Overview
At AI in Mail, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription start date. After the 14-day window, no refunds will be issued for that billing period.
This policy applies to all paid subscription plans: Starter ($49/month), Professional ($99/month), and Custom plans.

14-Day Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the date your subscription was first activated (not the date of a renewal)
- You have not violated our Terms and Conditions
- This is your first refund request for this account
The 14-day window begins at the moment your subscription payment is processed and confirmed. The date of your subscription activation is visible in your account settings.
If you are eligible, you will receive a full refund of the subscription fee paid for that initial period. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window has elapsed, no refunds will be issued for the current or any past billing period.
This applies to:
- Monthly subscriptions billed after the initial period
- Annual subscriptions for time already elapsed
- Upgrades or plan changes mid-cycle
- Partial months or partial years of service
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access to the service until then.

Subscription Renewals
The 14-day refund window applies only to the initial subscription activation, not to automatic renewals.
For renewal charges:
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
- It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 9373111709 before your renewal date.

Referral Credits
Referral credits earned through the AI in Mail referral program are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Referral credits:
- Have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash
- Cannot be refunded or transferred to another account
- Expire 12 months from the date of issuance if unused
- Are forfeited upon account termination for violations of our Terms and Conditions

Custom Plans
Refund terms for Custom enterprise plans may differ from standard subscription plans and will be specified in your individual service agreement or order form.
If you have a Custom plan and wish to discuss refund eligibility, contact us directly on WhatsApp at +91 9373111709.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9373111709 or email refunds@aiinmail.com
Step 2: Provide your registered email address and the date your subscription was activated
Step 3: Briefly describe your reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Step 4: We will verify your eligibility and confirm within 2 business days
Step 5: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Please include "Refund Request" in your WhatsApp message or email subject line to ensure prompt routing to our billing team.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or abusive account activity
- Requests made after the 14-day window has elapsed
- Accounts that have previously received a refund
In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations, we may also suspend or terminate the account without a refund.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via your connected WhatsApp or Telegram channel.
Your continued use of the Service after a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
